- [ ] **IP Assignment Execution:** Mutual sign-off on intellectual property assignment deed confirming 100% unencumbered code ownership.
- [ ] **Dependency License Audit:** Automated FOSSA / Snyk audit verifying zero copyleft / GPL contamination in proprietary modules.

## 2. Infrastructure & Cloud Credential Cutover
- [ ] **Cloud IAM Ownership:** Transfer root AWS/GCP account ownership or configure client SSO identity federation.
