Retention of Candidate Data - **Active Candidacy:** Candidate records are maintained throughout the recruitment process. - **Future Opportunities:** If your application is unsuccessful for a specific role, we retain your resume and interview notes for 12 months following role closure to consider you for emerging openings, after which records are securely destroyed. - **Immediate Deletion:** You may request immediate deletion of your candidate profile at any point by emailing our team.#
